Being a Leader in Traumatic Times Join this session as it will be filled with powerful and practical advice where Pastor Steffen, Senior Pastor at Pure Heart Church and Tracey Beal, CEO of School Connect, will discuss how to lead in times of uncertainty and change. For nearly two years the amount of stress and traumatic events have been at a level we’ve never experienced before. Dan and Tracey will discuss how these difficulties have affected people. Dan will share some of his struggles of leadership and lessons learned. Dan will dive into:

• The difference between stress and trauma
• How the extended pandemic has caused continued uncertainty - which leads to exhaustion and feeling out of control
• The need to be aware how the people you lead are effected, especially changes in their mood or behavior
